Privacy policy
This page lists every personal data flow on www.ikki.io — there are three, and none of them profiles you.
1. Controller
The controller is IKKI, SASU registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 979 951 340, registered office at 117 rue Lamarck, 75018 Paris, France. For any question about your data: contact@ikki.io.
2. Contact form
When you use the form on /contact we collect the name, email address and message you type. They are sent to us by EmailJS (EmailJS.com, United States), which relays the message to our mailbox. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering a business enquiry. Retention: three years after our last exchange, then deletion.
3. Audience and performance measurement
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (Vercel Inc., United States) to count page views and measure loading performance. The measurement is aggregated: we do not build a visitor profile, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not resell anything. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and knowing which pages are read.
4. Voice demo
The /voice-ai page runs a live conversational agent provided by ElevenLabs (ElevenLabs Inc., United States). If you start a conversation, your microphone audio and its transcript are processed by ElevenLabs to produce the agent's answers. Nothing starts without your explicit click and without your browser's microphone permission. Legal basis: your consent, which you withdraw by ending the conversation.
5. Cookies
The site sets one cookie, i18n_redirected, which remembers whether you read the site in French or in English. It carries no identifier and no tracking. Vercel's measurement tools do not set advertising cookies.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
EmailJS, Vercel and ElevenLabs are established in the United States: using them involves a transfer of data outside the European Union, framed by the standard contractual clauses and the safeguards published by each provider.
7. Your rights
You have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. Write to contact@ikki.io — we answer within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris — cnil.fr).
