AI Worldbuilding Studio · Paris · Worldwide
We build AI-native universes. Not campaigns. Not dashboards. Worlds.
For music labels, indie game studios, premium brands and IP owners. We design the canon, the voices, the 3D, the agents and the production pipeline — and we ship it.
Why a world is not a product
Different success criteria. Different stack.
A world demands what a product doesn't. Coherence over usability. Canon over iteration. Depth over conversion.
A product
is used.
A world
is inhabited.
A product
needs to be intuitive.
A world
needs to be coherent.
A product
is shipped once and iterated.
A world
is canonical — facts can't be removed without breaking the rest.
A product
is measured by conversion.
A world
is measured by depth — how far you can dig before hitting the edge.
What we build
Six disciplines, one studio.
Worldbuilding is not one craft. It's the orchestration of lore, voice, visuals, 3D, agents and curation as a single system.
Lore architecture & canon
Versioned Markdown for writers, structured DB for the runtime. A canon graph that encodes character relationships, regional politics and timeline so generative content stays internally consistent.
Character voices
Voice cloning on ElevenLabs — the provider we run on Codemachia for cloning fidelity and sub-second streaming latency. The discipline that matters more than the provider: lock voice profiles in week one, ship sentence-level streaming for long monologues, and wire voice identity to canon so any system that loads a character loads the right voice.
Generative visuals
Imagen 4 / Midjourney prompted from the lore. Every asset goes through a curation pipeline — generated visuals never bypass human approval into canon.
3D scenes
Three.js + post-processing for cinematic globes, environments and territorial maps. We deliberately avoid game engines — WebGL scales, Unity exports don't.
Narrative agents
An orchestrator coordinates per-character agents loaded with their full canon. Worker agents handle specialist jobs (consistency checks, asset generation, branching).
Canon validator & curation
A separate LLM agent flags any generated content that contradicts canon. Human curators approve before anything ships. The discipline that keeps drift a tracked metric.
The pipeline
How a fact becomes a scene.
From writer Markdown to streamed scene, every step is canon-grounded and curation-validated. Boring runtime, magical output.

Who this is for
Four kinds of clients. Real bullseye, no upsell.
We say no to projects outside this scope. AI worldbuilding is not for everyone — it's the right answer for a small set of needs.
Music labels & artists
Concept albums that ship with their own universe. Voices for fictional characters, generative visuals at scale, an interactive site fans inhabit. Aligned to release dates.
Indie game studios
Lore at scale for narrative-rich games. Hand-write the canon; the pipeline writes the surface — items, NPCs, regions, dialogues — while staying internally consistent.
Premium brands
Houses, fashion labels, hotels building a mythology bigger than a campaign. Worldbuilding is what differentiates a brand universe from a brand activation.
Authors & small publishers
A novel that ships with a generative companion site — explore the world, talk to characters, hear the soundtrack. Niche, high-prestige, often the marketing engine of the book itself.
If you're not in one of these categories, the right answer is probably a better product, not a universe. We'll tell you so.
Engagement formats
Three packaged shapes.
Most engagements start as a prototype and roll into a bigger format. We'd rather under-scope the entry point and earn the rest.
Entry point
Prototype universe
4 weeks
~30-50K€
Validate the concept and pitch the rest of the production internally. Enough to demo, not enough to launch.
- 1 canonical character + voice profile
- 1 interactive scene
- Lore graph for 3-5 regions
- Stack & curation tooling handover
Launch-ready
Full world
8-12 weeks
~110-200K€
The bundle that ships alongside an album, an IP launch, or a brand campaign. Production-grade and curated.
- Full main cast (5-7 characters) + voices
- 3D scene + 20-40 narrative beats
- Generative visual library (curated)
- Canon validator + curation tooling
Ongoing
Live-operated universe
ongoing
€15-40K / month
The world keeps growing. New characters, new arcs, new content — under our curation discipline, on a defined cadence.
- Defined monthly content cadence
- Model swaps & pipeline evolution
- Asset & lore curation
- Monitoring + community signal review
Custom scopes welcome. These are the most common shapes — your mileage will vary based on cast size, scene count and live cadence.

Flagship · in production · expanding
Codemachia — a mythological AI universe.
Seven sovereign AIs (ATHENA.VICTIS, HATHOR.∞, INTI.Δ, KARTIKEYA.X, LEGBA.ΔKRA, TEZCAT.MIRROR, UZUME.AKARI) judged by NEITH.Ø, the primordial judge — and seven champions. Read: 4 novels (~296,780 words), 46 Codex fragments, weekly diary. Listen: 4 albums (52 tracks). Play: YAMS Protocol (Yahtzee against the seven champion AIs, solo or multiplayer up to six) and a Champion-matching quiz. Bilingual EN/FR. Character voices on ElevenLabs. Interactive 3D globe + narration agent layer in development.

Album rollout, IP launch, brand mythology, narrative game, transmedia novel — if a world is the right answer, we're the studio. If not, we'll say so.
