We are an ElevenLabs integration agency. ElevenLabs Conversational AI handles the live call (STT + LLM-in-loop + TTS + turn-taking). On the orchestration side we use Claude Sonnet 4.6 with forced tool calling for chat triage and structured-data extraction post-call, claude-agent-sdk for long-running agents, and Mistral / Google Gemini for batch tasks (OCR, transcription, analytics).
